The Faculty of Computing in General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University held an essential discussion session titled “Pitching Your Research Idea” which was conducted by Professor Wasantha Perera, attached to the Department of Management and Finance, Faculty of Management, Social-Sciences and Humanities.

This session was on how to pitch your research topics in a favorable manner. This is the first stage of writing research papers. An introduction was given regarding a pitching tool which will help the prospective researchers to get through the obstacles when it comes to writing the research papers.

Professor Perera also shared his experience with the undergraduates which was very important for the future researchers. The session concluded after an interesting Q and A session which was followed by a vote of thanks.
