The Department of Computational Mathematics, in collaboration with the Entrepreneurial Support Industrial Training and Career Guidance Unit, successfully conducted an inspiring INSIGHT X workshop under the theme “Winning Mindset for Thriving Success.” The purpose of this engaging session was to help students navigate their academic and professional journeys with the right mindset, motivation, and strategies.

 

The session was led by Ms. R.K. Kasunthika, a renowned motivational speaker and lecturer with over five years of experience in personal development and leadership training, was held at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and was designed specifically for Intake 39 students, with enthusiastic participation from both Intake 39 and 40 students. 

 

The session focused on self-confidence, resilience, and goal setting, providing students with valuable insights into cultivating a success-driven mindset. She encouraged participants to embrace teamwork, perseverance, and continuous learning, inspiring them to take proactive steps toward their aspirations.

 

This workshop provided a unique opportunity for undergraduates to gain practical knowledge from an accomplished professional, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward personal growth, career readiness, and long-term success.
