On July 22nd, 2024, the Faculty of Defence and Strategic Studies Auditorium at KDU hosted a highly successful Cyber Security awareness event; sponsored by HUAWEI, CISCO ACADEMY, and the CSSL GenZ Chapter of KDU, the session featured Mr. Sujit Cristy, a renowned cybersecurity expert holding credentials such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, and CDPSE.

Mr. Cristy, who serves as the President of CIRCULO DE CISO, Chief Information Security Officer, and Cybersecurity Adviser, shared his extensive knowledge and experience with the audience. His insights into the latest cybersecurity trends were invaluable for the attendees, all of whom were undergraduates from the Faculty of Computing.

The event provided undergraduates with an opportunity to understand the evolving cyber landscape, recognize potential threats, and learn practical countermeasures. Mr. Cristy’s engaging presentation captivated the audience, sparking a keen interest in cybersecurity.
