The Flutter and Firebase Workshop held on September 22nd, 2023, at the Southern Campus of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University was a truly transformative experience for students from Intake 39 and Intake 40 in the Faculty of Computing, Department of Information Technology.

The workshop was expertly conducted, featuring Denver Shenal, Senior Software Engineer [Flutter] at Flexiata, Mr. Bavindu Dissanayaka, Software Engineer [Backend] at Flexiata, and Mr. Gagana Abeyrathna, Software Engineer [UX/UI] at Virtusa Pvt. Ltd., as the resource persons. They provided a comprehensive introduction to Flutter and Firebase software for mobile app development, making it accessible even to beginners.
