The event “Andaharaya” was organized by the IEEE Student Branch of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University in collaboration with the Membership Development Subcommittee of the Student Activity Committee of the IEEE Sri Lanka Section. The event was held on 07th August from 06.00 PM onwards via the Zoom virtual platform. This was presented by Student Branches island-wide on the same date at the same time with the sole intention of developing membership in each Student Branch and getting IEEEians actively involved in volunteering.

The “Andaharaya” presented by our Student Branch was featured by two guest speakers, Mr. Subodha Iranga and Ms. Dilini Ekanayake. Two sessions were conducted by the speakers in both English and Sinhala in two separate breakout rooms, followed by an interesting online game session. The event happened in a more interactive and enthusiastic manner by reaching all its expectations.
