On 16th July 2025, the first copy of Volume 04, Issue 02 of the International Journal of Research in Computing (IJRC), published by the Faculty of Computing, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University was officially presented to the Vice Chancellor, Rear Admiral HGU Dammika Kumara, VSV, USP, psc, MMaritimePol, BSc (DS).

The copy was presented by the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Asela Gunasekara, while the Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Dr. Pradeep Kalansooriya, joined the occasion alongside Assistant Editors, Mrs. Dharani Abeysinghe and Mrs. K.D. Madhubashini (in absentia).

The International Journal of Research in Computing (IJRC) is a peer-reviewed, bi-annual publication dedicated to promoting cutting-edge research in the field of Computing. It provides a platform for both local and international scholars to disseminate their findings and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the discipline.

All articles in this issue were selected through a rigorous blind peer-review process, where each manuscript was reviewed by three independent subject experts. The final selection was made based on the recommendations of a highly qualified editorial board, ensuring only top-tier research is published.

IJRC continues to be a catalyst for building a sustainable and vibrant research culture within the academic and professional computing community.
