The annual KDU Open Day was successfully concluded on the 6th of October at KDU Ratmalana. The Faculty of Computing had their respective stalls and representations at both Medical Faculty 2nd floor and at the Faculty of Graduate Studies building.
Stalls representing all the departments and the major degree programmes were presented. In addition, some of the key student projects and research were exemplified. A workshop on Open Source Technologies were also organized for the public. Major computer-related topics such as cybersecurity and cloud computing along with undergraduates to explain these concepts were also presented.
